Basic Store Information
Set up your store's basic details and contact information

Navigate to Settings:

  1. 1Log into your admin panel at yourstore.partify.co.za/admin
  2. 2Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar
  3. 3Go to the "General" tab

Required Information:

Store Details
  • Store Name
  • Store Description
  • Business Address
Contact Information
  • Contact Email
  • Phone Number
  • Business Hours

Branding & Logo
Upload your logo and set up your store's visual identity

Logo Requirements

  • • Recommended size: 200x60 pixels
  • • Format: PNG, JPG, or SVG
  • • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • • Transparent background recommended

Upload Process:

  1. 1In Settings → General, scroll to the "Branding" section
  2. 2Click "Upload Logo" and select your logo file
  3. 3Preview how it looks and adjust if needed
  4. 4Save your changes

Shipping & Tax Configuration
Set up your shipping rates and tax settings for South African customers

Go to Shipping & Tax Tab:

Shipping Settings
  • • Set flat rate shipping (e.g., R50)
  • • Configure free shipping threshold (e.g., R500)
  • • Add shipping zones if needed
  • • Set delivery timeframes
Tax Settings
  • • Set VAT rate (15% for South Africa)
  • • Configure tax-inclusive pricing
  • • Set up tax exemptions if applicable
  • • Add your VAT number
