Payment Setup

Configure payment processing with Yoco card payments and EFT to start accepting orders from your customers.

Card Payment Integration (Yoco)
Enable secure credit and debit card payments via Yoco

Setup Process:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Checkout & Payments
  2. 2Toggle on "Card Payments (Yoco)"
  3. 3Card payments are now enabled for your store

No Merchant Account Required

Yoco integration is managed by Partify. You don't need to create a separate merchant account or provide API credentials. Simply enable the toggle and start accepting card payments.

Available Payment Methods
Configure which payment methods your customers can use

EFT Bank Transfers

Default

Direct bank transfers for South African customers. Always enabled.

Credit / Debit Card Payments (Yoco)

Optional

Secure credit and debit card processing via Yoco. Enable in Settings → Checkout & Payments.

Cash on Delivery

Optional

Allow customers to pay when their order is delivered. Enable in Settings → Checkout & Payments.

Payment Method Configuration:

Configure your payment methods in Settings → Checkout & Payments:

  • • EFT payments are always enabled by default
  • • Card payments (Yoco) can be enabled with a toggle
  • • Cash on Delivery can be enabled with a toggle
  • • Changes take effect immediately

Express Checkout

Enable one-click checkout options for faster customer experience

Saved Payment Methods

Allow customers to save payment methods for future purchases

Require Phone Number

Make phone number mandatory during checkout for better order tracking

Order Notes

Allow customers to add special instructions or notes to their orders

Testing Your Payments
Test your payment setup in development mode

Test Mode (Development)

Your store automatically runs in test mode during development. When testing card payments with Yoco, use Yoco's test credentials:

  • • Test card number: 4111 1111 1111 1111
  • • Expiry: Any future date (e.g., 12/25)
  • • CVV: Any 3-digit number (e.g., 123)
  • • Name: Any name

Note: Yoco uses a sandbox environment for testing. All test transactions are processed securely but won't charge real cards.

Live Mode (Production)

When you deploy to production, your store automatically switches to live mode with real payment processing.
