Product Management: Build Your Catalog
Complete guide to managing your product catalog, inventory, and variants in the Partify admin panel.

Search & Filter
Use the search bar to find products by Name, SKU, Brand, or Category. Click the filter icon (on mobile) or use the filter options to view products by:
- Status: Active or Inactive
- Stock Level: In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock
- Visibility: Published or Draft
Bulk Actions & Export
Select multiple products using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions:
- Delete: Remove multiple products at once.
- Publish/Unpublish: Quickly change visibility.
- Export CSV: Download your catalog for external analysis.

1. Basic Information
The Basic tab contains the core details of your product.
- Name: The clear, descriptive title of your product.
- Description: Detailed info about the product features and specs.
- SKU: Unique Stock Keeping Unit for inventory tracking.
- Price: Selling price (including VAT).
- Compare at Price: Original price (shows as strikethrough).
- Category & Brand: Organize your catalog for customers.
2. Product Media

Upload high-quality images in the Images tab. You can drag and drop multiple files at once. The first image will be the main product photo.
3. Inventory & Shipping
Inventory
- Quantity: Current stock level.
- Inventory Policy: Choose "Deny" to stop selling when out of stock, or "Continue" to allow backorders.
- Barcode: ISBN, UPC, or GTIN for scanning.
Shipping
- Weight: Essential for calculating shipping rates.
- Requires Shipping: Uncheck for digital services.

If your product comes in different versions, use the Options & Variants tab:
- Click Add Option (e.g., "Size" or "Color").
- Enter values for the option (e.g., "Small", "Medium", "Large").
- The system will automatically generate Variants for every combination.
- You can then edit each variant individually to set unique SKUs, Prices, or Stock levels.

Search Engine Optimization
Customize how your product appears in Google search results.
- Page Title: A concise, keyword-rich title.
- Meta Description: A compelling summary to encourage clicks.
Google Shopping
Categorize your products for Google's Merchant Center.
- Google Category: The official Google product category.
- Gender & Age Group: Required for apparel and accessories.
