Customer Management
Build and manage your customer database. Track order history, manage contact details, and import customers from external sources.

Manual Entry
Click the Add Customer button to open the creation form. You can capture essential details:
- Basic Info: Name, Email (required), and Phone number.
- Address: Street, City, Province, Postal Code, and Country.
- Notes: Any internal notes about the customer.

Partify supports multiple ways to import your existing customer base. Navigate to the Import page to get started.
File Upload
Upload standard contact files from your computer.
- CSV (Excel)
- VCF (vCard)
- JSON
Device Contacts
Directly select contacts from your mobile device or supported browser contact list.
Share Target
Share contact files directly to the Partify app from other applications on your device.

Clicking on a customer opens their detailed profile. The view is organized into tabs:
- Details: View contact information (Email, Phone) and shipping address.
- Order History: A list of all orders placed by this customer, including status and total value.
- Notes: Add or edit private notes about the customer.
